1. About this site
This site is operated by Foshan Terry Trading Co., Ltd. under the trading name NanoBeadMill.
2. Technical information
All specifications, throughput figures and fineness targets shown on this site are given as guidance. Achievable results depend on the material being processed, the formulation and the operating conditions. Binding figures are those stated in your individual quotation and specification sheet.
3. Quotations
A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. It is not an offer capable of acceptance until we have confirmed the final specification in writing.
4. Free grinding test
We run tests on the material you send us and report the results. Test material is consumed in the process and cannot be returned unless agreed in advance.
5. Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in the contract of sale.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the seller is established, and the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
